Beware the Night

Beware the Night

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well! I’m Sharing another poem with you today, I hope you enjoy it.

Beware the Night

Beware, the night is coming
Time is running out
Soon darkness will envelop you
And there’ll  be no getting out

It will come over you thick and heavy
And the smothering will begin
Slowly, all will fade away
As you sink further from the din

In the end, there will be nothing left
All there’ll  be is black
And you’ll beg the heavens desperately
To bring the lights all back

Beware, the night is closing in
It’ll all be over fast
So slow down and enjoy the moment
While the moment lasts

As always, thank you so much for reading my words, I really appreciate it!

Until next time,

George
