Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well! I’m sharing a poem with you today, and I hope you enjoy it!

Still Alive and Dreaming

It can be a struggle to live a life
When it seems the whole world is scheming
And there can be times of grief and strife
With moments of angered screaming

And there are often days that feel so dark
Even though the sun is beaming
And it can feel as if life’s lost its spark
Why your tears just won’t stop streaming

Then there’re the days you lie in bed
Listening as the rain comes teeming
And you struggle just to lift your head
Because life has lost all its meaning

But there’s always hope when things are raw
And you don’t feel you’re worth redeeming
For though you may be on the floor
You are still alive and dreaming
