The Lightning Always Glows

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all keeping safe and well! I’m sharing another poem with you today, I hope you enjoy it!

You’ll have many days of darkness
And you’ll experience many lows
And you’ll be battered by the winds of change
Every single time they blow

There’ll be days you want to run away
But stay put, it’s how you grow
Face the world, when the sheet rain falls
And dance life’s quick-quick-slow

Every day can’t be rosy
It’s an up-down to and fro
But even in the darkest storms
The lightning always glows
