Run

Run

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all excelling in whatever you’re doing at the moment! I’m sharing another poem with you today, y’know, for a change. It’s called ‘Run’, and I hope you enjoy it.

Run

Run, run all over the world
Feel your feet as they pummel the ground
Feel the burn in your lungs as they fill up with life
As your animal heart starts to pound

Run, run with the wind at your back
Run with fire in your veins
Run through the forests, run with the wolves
Run through sunshine and rain

Run, run a million miles
Across all the land and the sea
Run with the sound of blood in your ears
But oh, most of all, run free!

As always, thank you so much for reading my words, it really means a lot – you have no idea.

until next time,

George
