What is My Superpower?

This took some pondering; I’ve never considered myself to have a superpower, but on reflection, I’ve come to realise that my superpower is that I’m a great listener. I think it’s my best quality. I always try to be polite, kind and friendly, but to be those things, I feel one has to be a good listener, or at least it helps.

It also helps that I’m not a great talker, so anytime I’m involved in a conversation, I naturally fall into the ‘listener’ role. But it’s more than merely hearing the person speak—it’s also about paying attention and really listening. It’s an excellent way to learn about others’ lives and interests, and it also helps the other person feel appreciated and respected.

Well, it’s a short one from me today, but that’s post 37 complete. I wonder what all of your superpowers are.
