Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well! I’m sharing another poem today, I hope you enjoy it!

Tell Them

Tell them
To wage their wars and march
Upon a land that’s dry and parched
As arid sands replace the dirt
And the people live on high alert

Tell them
To spit out all their angry words
And drop their bombs upon the herds
And we will swallow up their lies
As their fight for fuel heats up the sky

And tell them
That when it’s all done
And they want drinking water, but there is none
That while they sink into their shame
They’ll only have themselves to blame

Tell them
That we should find a way
To live and love another day
And switch energies away from war
To things actually worth living for
