A Winter Stroll

Hi, everyone! How are you all? Today, I am sharing a festive poem with you. I hope you enjoy it!

A Winter Stroll

A winter stroll beneath the stars,
With you walking there beside me
Catching smiles from passing strangers
Everybody is happy

Snowflakes are slowly drifting down,
Landing upon our noses.
The cold begins to bite and nip
At our fingers and our toeses.

As we wander through the streetlamps
Not knowing where we’re going
We’re taken by the fairy lights
All of the streets are glowing

Then homeward bound we are heading
To sit warmly by the fire
To snuggle up with hot cocoa
In our sleepytime attire

As always, thank you for reading my words, I really appreciate it!

Until next time,

George
