Hi everyone! I hope you’re all well. I’m sharing another poem with you today, and I hope you enjoy it.

Be Still

Be still and watch the golden sun
Descend the pinkish sky
Sit a while and nod hello
To the birds that pass you by

Be still, take time to ruminate
On moments of the day
On all the things that went to plan
And those that didn’t go your way

Be still and bathe beneath the moon
Soak up its silver light
And know no matter what may come
Everything will be all right
