Soulful Reciprocity

I Only want soulful reciprocity.
I want what’s good for you,
To be good for me,
And vice versa.

If you are happy, then I will be, too.
I hope the reverse is true;
Give and take,
Take and give.

I only want to have equal footing;
Mutual flowing exchanges,
Of ideas,
Of feelings.

I only want soulful reciprocity.
Is that too much to ask for?
To love?
Be loved?
